Shipping services and prices are dependent on the weight of your order and your location. Options will be shown at the checkout once your delivery address has been entered. If you wish to change the delivery method after you have placed your order please contact us via telephone no later than 2pm the same day.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. If placed after 2pm on a Thursday or anytime on a Friday, Special Delivery Next Day orders will be delivered on Monday unless the Saturday option is selected.

If your order is shipped using a trackable service your reference number will be shown on your order shipped email.

UK orders over £100 are shipped for free. In these instances we will use the shipping method we deem best. This will always be a one or two day trackable service.

European orders over £250 are shipped for free where standard couriers allow. International orders will always be shipped using a trackable service for your protection. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and service selected. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges and shipping delays which are beyond our control.

Some oversize and restricted items cannot be shipped to all destinations with our usual carriers, however if you contact us by email stating the item you are interested in and your delivery address we would be happy to look into alternative delivery options.

We use leading carriers including DPD and Royal Mail to ship your orders and although we are confident that they will deliver promptly we cannot be held responsible for delays in their scheduled deliveries.

We ship Monday to Friday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays were they will be processed on the Tuesday.

We also offer a click and collect service via our website. Order are only available for collection from our premises in New Brighton, Wirral.

NOTE: Gift vouchers are sent via email. If you wish for us to send the voucher directly to the recipient please reply to your order confirmation stating their name and email address.
