N&C Jetski have used over 30 years' experience of working with World Champion racers and freestylers, recreational riders and major parts manufacturers to select and stock the parts you need.
As authorised dealer for Yamaha Waverunner and Kawasaki Jetski we have a large stock of original equipment spare parts including gaskets, bearings, seals and cables ready for immediate dispatch. Our direct links to genuine factory spares enables us to offer swift delivery of replacement components.

Making A Purchase
Payment on our website can be made with a valid credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Please note we do not accept American Express.
All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping services and prices are dependent on the weight of your order and your location. Options will be shown at the checkout once your delivery address has been entered. If you wish to change the delivery method after you have placed your order please contact us via telephone no later than 2pm the same day.
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
The delivery time for standard orders will be determined by the service selected at the checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a delivery aim of 1 working day whereas Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2 working days. If placed after 2pm on a Thursday or anytime on a Friday, DPD Next Working Day orders will be delivered on Monday unless the Saturday or Sunday option is selected. Offshore DPD services take 2 working days (to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands etc).
Orders over £100 are shipped for free. In these instances we will use the shipping method we deem best. This will always be a one or two day trackable service.
If you need parts in a hurry and the 2pm order deadline has passed we suggest you contact us by telephone as we may still be able to dispatch that day.
We use leading carriers including DPD and Royal Mail to ship your orders and although we are confident that they will deliver promptly we cannot be held responsible for delays in their scheduled deliveries.
We ship Monday to Friday. All orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays were they will be processed on the Tuesday.
Gift vouchers are sent via email.
You must inform the us within 48 hours of receipt of goods of any discrepancy or damage. We will not be liable for rectifying any such discrepancy or damage if notification is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, with the exception of children's riding gear which is exempt.
Customer buying from within the UK will be charged prices inclusive of VAT.
Customers buying from the Channel Islands are exempt from paying UK VAT. In these cases the sales total will be automatically adjusted at the checkout after the delivery address has been entered.
Credit Card Security
Our website is secure and GDPR compliant. We use PayPal and Stripe to process online orders, both are robust and reliable payment processing systems that offer the highest level of security. They are GDPR and PCI-DSS compliant and have sophisticated fraud screening enabled through Datacash, 3D Secure, CVV2 and AVS.
Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
N&C Jet Ski Ltd does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as, but not limited to, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose, alteration of the product unless expressly permitted in writing by N&C Jet Ski Ltd.
N&C Jet Ski Ltd does not cover general wear and tear, corrosion and/or deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use and reserve the right to repair or replace any defective part under warranty after the initial 30 days guarantee.
Wetsuits and other riding gear are made for comfort and efficiency in the water, therefore the material is soft and without due care could be easily damaged. Please take care when changing into and out of your riding gear as rips, tears and cuts are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims.
Any item that is repaired or replaced under warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original part.
Use during competitions, events or activities other than those for which the part is intended will greatly reduce its life and is not covered under warranty.
Costs incurred as a result of loss of use, as well as labour charges for parts replacement or changeovers are not covered.
If a repair or replacement is not possible N&C Jet Ski Ltd reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal valve or a partial refund proportional to the remaining life of the product.
Always install, maintain, use and repair your product in strict compliance with the manufacturer's instructions. Failure to do so may damage the product or cause an accident.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any third party company for mailing or marketing purposes. Buyers information is only passed to third parties when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment, for example payment processing and shipping. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
When you make a purchase from our website we collect certain personal information from you. We confirm that any personal information you provide to us is held securely and used only for the following purposes;

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, your consumer rights under the Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to request a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt. If you opt for a refund it must be made to the card that was used to purchase the item and will include the outbound delivery charge but not the return cost, unless the item is faulty.
Please note that special order items are not eligible for refund or exchange unless faulty.
Returns must be shipped to the address below along with the sales invoice or delivery note. We suggest that returns are sent using a signed for service for your protection. Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include contact details.
Unwanted items, unless faulty, should be returned in a re-saleable condition. We expect this to mean you've kept the original packaging, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
